We were looking to buy our first home, and we began looking in January 2011. We had used 3 other real estate companies and agents and we were not pleased with their service at all, they did nothing to help us find our home. But then in late March we had the true pleasure of meeting both Mark and Kevin Kludy of wealth builder’s real estate. These guys are the very best around, within less than a week Mark had found us 4 or 5 homes within our price range. In just 5 short days Mark found us our dream home in a very nice East Mesa neighborhood. We had a few complications on the closing and even with a few closing delays Mark and Kevin went above and beyond to help us through the process. There was not one question they could not or did not answer for us. These guys even found my sister and her terminally ill husband a very nice home just 3 short blocks away from us. They had to do lots of extra paperwork and get a quick closing for her. If anyone knew everything these two guys had to go through in these two sales they would be truly amazed. From beginning to end they answered all of our many phone calls swiftly returning a call if we missed them. They made us feel very comfortable and kept us informed minute by minute. You will not find a better real estate company or any better agents anywhere in the world today and that is a fact!!!! Trust me we are not easily pleased but these guys did it with ease.
